How much does a haircut cost?
The price of each service is dependent on the stylist you choose to go with. Each stylist has personalized pricing based on their expertise and demand of time. Be sure to check out our Service Page to get a more detailed look at our price range and see who fits your needs best!
Should I wash my hair before/after a color service?
Come as you are! However, excessive oil or product buildup could impact your end results. The myth that you need to have “dirty” hair for color or lightener application isn’t true! You don’t need to worry about product irritation, as modern products are made with much less irritating ingredients.
We recommend using our color-safe shampoo 24–48 hours after your color appointment (or longer if you can manage!) to ensure your color is fully absorbed into your hair.

Is there parking?
We have no dedicated parking, but there is 2-hour street parking and local parking garages free of charge. We recommend allotting 5–10 minutes to find a parking spot, especially for evening and weekend appointments.
What happens if I’m late to an appointment?
If you are running late, please call the salon to let us know your ETA and we will do our best to work with you. Depending on the service, if you are more than 10 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule. For more information about our late policy, please visit our Salon Policy Page
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! Come into the salon and we can get you a gift card worth any amount you desire!
What if I don’t like a product I got with you?
We have a satisfaction guarantee! If you don’t like a product, bring it back for an exchange or a full refund — regardless of how much is used.
