Product Guarantee

We stand by our product recommendations for each and every guest! If you purchase a product from our salon and it doesn’t live up to your expectations, bring it back! We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will either exchange your purchased product with a different product that better suits your needs, or give you a full refund — regardless of how much is used. It takes time to find your perfect products and we want to help in any way we can!

Re-servicing

Our salon services are 100% guaranteed at our salon. We make it a goal to follow up within the week after your service to ensure we’ve met your expectations, and if for any reason we did not, we would love to schedule a complimentary service with you to ensure you are confident in the final outcome.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the longevity of your color without our professional product recommendations bought from the salon.

Late & Missed Appointments

If you are running late to your appointment, please call the salon and let us know your ETA. We will do our best to work with you to get you in and serviced. Depending on the service, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Cancellations that break these rules will cause a 10% fee added to your next appointment.
